Once the Client’s overall goals are determined we then embark on Phase 2 of our consultation process.
Phase 2 is a collaborative approach between Client and the NapaNorth owners. This phase will consist of a series of discussions and/or meetings (as required) to answer any questions about NapaNorth services, the Okanagan Market, our process, credentials, references and so on.
The objective of Phase 2 is to create a SCOPE OF SERVICE agreement detailing the Client’s overall objectives and specific service requirements. This agreement is an informal scope document that will clearly define the NapaNorth responsibilities in the client engagement and will provide the foundation of the working relationship between NapaNorth and Client.
Our agreements will often be phased in order to accommodate the fluid reality of the real estate & development process, and the unique needs of each client. Our agreements often consist of one or more of the following scopes.
The NapaNorth owners control all aspects of our services offerings. This control allows us to formulate a Scope of Service Agreement tailored to the Client’s specific service needs.
Once the Scope of Service Agreement has been signed off, we will present a contract or contracts, tailored to the Client’s specific and immediate requirements.
Each Client engagement is unique. Our flexibility allows us to formulate contracts tailored to the Client’s specific scope requirements. Based on the scope and client’s needs, the contract may consist of one or more of the following contracts, or a combination thereof.
